Commissioning
Installation, Commissioning and Warranty Policy
Due to the number of installation issues encountered with end users, Airlux Technologies requires that all systems be installed by qualified personnel with proven experience in plumbing and the installation of pressurized hydronic water systems. Proper installation is essential to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
To safeguard product performance and maintain warranty coverage, we only supply systems to end users together with a mandatory commissioning service. Before the system is placed into operation, it undergoes a comprehensive commissioning procedure consisting of a 24-point inspection and performance test to verify that the installation is functioning correctly at the time of commissioning.
Commissioning is a verification of the system’s condition at the specific moment the inspection and testing are performed. It does not constitute a continuing guarantee of the installation or its future condition. Any issues arising after commissioning—including, but not limited to, leaks, damage caused by subsequent modifications, improper operation, inadequate maintenance, external influences, component failures outside the scope of commissioning, or changes to the installation—are not covered by the commissioning service and remain the responsibility of the owner and/or installing contractor, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Commissioning fees are based solely on the labor required to perform the commissioning activities. Travel-related expenses, including but not limited to airline tickets, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, meals, visa costs (if applicable), and other reasonable daily expenses, are charged separately. All travel expenses are calculated from the Airlux Technologies headquarters.
